Anyone have a good recipe for pot roast in the slow cooker? I like to do pepperoccini and ranch dressing and au jus, but those are no-no's. I am wondering if one of the soup mixes would be a good substitute?

There’s a good recipe in the cookbook. p 7. French dip au jus. So good!
