This is an ALT phase 1 question. Would 1 cup of air popped pop corn with the ideal salt be an OK sub for the Group 1 choice? It comes to 0 fat, 0 sugar and only 3g of carbs PLUS has protein? I am not a huge fan of the high carb options in that group and figured it may work. Thanks in advance
