The powder has to be on top when you shake it to mix, otherwise, the water forms a seal over it.

This is common. Bang the container in it’s side with the stuck powder facing up. There was an air pocket that caused it to clump.

I use a 2 cup measuring devise 150 ml water, chocolate shake , vigorous stir then I put this under my Kurig with a decaf, another stir then microwave for 60 seconds and pour in a mug for a lovely Cafe Mocha

I add a few ice cubes with mine and I don’t even use the blender ball. Just shake for a few minutes and good to go. Make sure you put the water and ice in first then add powder.

The Immersion blender is a massive game changer! No lumps and I always splash a bit of water in the bottom of the containers before i put the dry mix in then more water on top. Blend the crap out of it seriously it even tastes Better!

Water first then mix will get it! Or Ninja blender with some ice and 2 cups of Spinach! It disappears and you've got 2 cup of veggies in! Makes it a little bigger and more satisfying!
