With any foam, wipe the side of your nose with your finger. Stir the bubbles with that finger. Goodbye bubbles

Jello? it goes down a bit but it never all goes away I find. I just put in a container without the foam

@collectivity blueberry cranberry & pomegranate drink mix. I have been waiting about 20 to 30 minutes and it eventually went down. I thought there might be some technique that was faster.

If you mix it with room temp water and then refrigerate it is less foamy.

I just kinda swirl the drink around slowly and take the lid off sometimes poor it in a glass. I don’t really have a lot of foam by doing this. A bit but not a lot.

And I pretty much fill my shaker with water too. Close enough. More than what I see in this shaker. I personally like it better but everyone is different.

Put a straw in it and drink from the bottom to the top.

Try putting a little bit of your daily oil in the shake. That should help with the foaming.
