My better half and I are also doing this together. Our coach told her 6 oz. of protein. For me, I was told 8 oz. Stick with it and FOLLOW IT and I'm confident you'll see a difference. But drink that water or the IP drinks or Crystal Light (we're told that's okay too) Follow the plan religiously for a week and see what happens. I wouldn't even start experimenting with recipes/variations just yet. EAT THE SHEET.
