That goes for all phases 0 calories 0 carbs 0 fat

I don't get it. Is this for making food choices outside of the packets and bars, etc?

@geometrize of any food. When you’re reading at the nutrition labels this is what they should be in these fields.

I don’t use 000 in maintenance only used it during other phases when having “extras”. ie salad dressings and gum.

Basically anything not on the sheet has to be 0 calories (and the rest of the 0’s naturally follow) in order to be allowed, but then only 4 servings a day: gum, salad dressing, coffee syrups, sweeteners, etc. Just be sure to read ingredients for hidden non-protocol stuff.
