I like to buy nothing mixed I own about every spice out there then when I want like a fajita seasoning I make my own so I know there’s nothing in there I can’t have! Now my kids hate when I buy pre mixed seasons they can tell the difference!

Spices don't have added ingredients. do they?

@chokedamp Many spices are mixes or not just one pure spice. Always check the label.

I personally avoid salt and sugar. Most of the Mrs Dash products are good and I make most of mine.
