Can someone tell me what the restart is? I’ve had a bad week or so. Have been keeping busy but I’m running out of home projects and find myself in the kitchen more often, snacking. I try my hardest to make sure my snacks are protocol but sometimes not. I know I need to get back on the “wagon”. Any suggestions?

Jump back on gf. SAFE TO SAY WE ARE ALL STUTTERING A BIT. ONE WAY OR ANOTHER THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST SCENARIO BUT OUR REASONS HAVEN'T CHANGED. WE ARE PLANNING A COMING OUT PARTY WHEN THIS IS DONE. SHOCK AN AWE. WITH PICTURES OF THE GOOD THAT CAME OF THIS BY STICKING TO IT. COMPLETE WITH PICTURES OF THE FUN WE HAVE. MINE WILL BE PICS OF PLAYING WITH MY GRANDKIDS. YOURS WILL BE DIFFERENT. BUT DONT QUIT. IM JUST GOING TO CONTINUE WITH THE DIET WITHOUT PACKETS IF IT COMES TO THAT. MEAT VEGETABLES WATER SALT OIL VITAMINS. YOU COULD ALSO CHANGE OVER TO KETO BUT I CANNOT FIND THE STUFF FOR THAT. FIND A GOOD BUTCHER SHOP .

Remember why you started in the first place. I had a bad day yesterday, too. Nibbling. I think I was feeling anxious and bored. I didn’t beat myself up about it, but vowed to get back on track today. It was just one day, so promise yourself to do better today.

I made the brownies from IP-Vanilla pudding packet and a pancake packet. Small baking dish-yummy and helps you stay on track.
