@leticia be very careful w the wine. its actually very dangerous to drink alcohol when you're in ketosis. I wouldn't recommend it!

For holidays I always make sure I have alot of alternatives. even if everyone else is eating mashed potatoes I make sure to have a big bowl of mashed cauliflower, I eat alot of "FREE" veggies and i keep my water bottle filled and in hand. even water enhancers because food is such a big part of my family gatherings for me.
