Anyone else feel like they are on an episode of Chopped from the Food Network (TV)? I just made scrambled eggs for dinner with 2C of chopped asparagus. It would have been better with 1/2C spinach, 1/2C mushrooms and 1C of combined red/green bell peppers. But, alas, I only have asparagus ;)
