Hi IP friends, my weight loss has been slow. Almost 9lbs in 4 weeks. Slow steady but small. I do have insulin resistance and a very hard time losing anything so I’m happy with the progress. Wondering if you have any advice or success to move things along. I’m following the plan. No cheats, weighing , water and walking. What else would help? My coach said 1-2 lbs a week is great. And bigger losses happen when people have more to lose. Still have 35-40lbs to go. Thanks so much.
