Hi all, new here and toward the end of week 2. After a super successful wk1 (down 6. 2 lbs! ), week 2 is looking disappointing (no loss according to my home scale). I've been measuring, drinking more water than most (12+C/day) and following the sheet to a T. I switched my dinner and lunch a couple of days ago thinking that might help, but no progress yet. I work from home so my activity level is equivalent to couch potato. Not sure if I should add a daily walk or do something else. I realize it's only week 2, but I thought I'd have more progress than zero. Any words of wisdom?
