I lost 65 pounds 4 years ago, and for the last 2 years I've gone back to phase 1 in January to get the weight off from the holidays and the year. I make sure to go below my original goal weight to give myself some wiggle room. Last year I had a lot of vacations and events and ended up with 20 pounds to lose come January. I've been back on phase 1 since Jan. 6 and have lost 10 pounds. I know the last 10 will be slower, but I'll stick with it before it gets ahead of me.
