That averages to over 3lbs per week. 2-3 lbs per week is the average weight loss for a woman. You're definitely above average and don't see a need for a reboot. Good job, keep it up. What you're doing is definitely working

I typically have 3 very good weeks of loss, 2-3lbs and one week of smaller loss or no loss. I still average 10lbs per month of loss. Started Dec 6th and am down 41. 2lbs, am about 20lbs from my final goal.

Congratulations on your loss! Remember this when the scale doesn’t seem to be moving like you want it to. Good luck! Keep up the good work!

I will hit one month this Thursday and 10 pound loss. It is my most frustrating issue- the slowness of loss BUT I will take it! I am excited to reach 20 pound loss come May 9th!

I’m also 3 1-2 weeks in and lost 10 pounds so I think that’s average 3 pounds per week
