Ok.  Anyone else really struggling tonight?Ok. Anyone else really struggling tonight? During this quarantine, I have realized more than ever that I am a crazy stress eater! I am so stressed right now and want to comfort myself with food. Unhealthy NON protocol food. I had to go up to my bedroom already on a Friday night at 8 pm cuz I do not trust myself on the same floor level as the food. How scary and sad is that?!? Feeling sorry for myself and depressed. Need a swift kick in the butt. I had to go off the diet a few years ago because I could not shake strep and pneumonia so I am really worried about getting this virus with my bad asthma. To add to the stress: the weather outside was awful today. It rained all day and was windy and cold. Started snowing around 4:30. I keep thinking, “The sun’ll come out tomorrow”.  hoping and praying. We’ve got this peeps! Stay strong! ❤️

Pam, I’m glad that we feel the same! After you stated that it was a gloomy snowing day. it’s the same weather in my area. You are not in this alone and stronger then you think.

Girl I hear ya. I've been going to bed at 8 pm every night cuz I want cheesies and popcorn so badly id rather just sleep then deal with the craving. Sending good vibes your way

I have been spending a lot of time doing you tube work out videos and on my elliptical. after losing over 150 lbs now I have swapped my old stress bad habit for a better one. but man am I sore cause I’m really stressing too❤️Hang in there!

Our stories seem eeriely similar, asthma, food, weather and all. Tomorrow is a new day. And sunshine is in the forecast. Until then we pray and rest

My Dad died March 23. I’ve been stressed about that. I’ve been following protocol but not losing. The stress must be affecting it!

@eloquent16 no he was 92, he fell and broke his femur, had surgery and was recuperating at Rehabilitation Center. He had severe Dementia. He stopped breathing and was gone. They said complications of the fall, broken femur and dementia. I didn’t get to see him through all of this because of the Coronavirus Quarantine. I feel so bad for him. We were very close. ❤️❤️

I realize that it’s tough during this time for all of us boredom and/or stress eaters! . I celebrated by 50th during this mess, with a full cheat weak! (I’m not advising this to everyone, so no need to give me a hard time! ) . But I needed and wanted it after we had to cancel a long awaited party and cruise with family and friends!  . I don’t have a problem getting back on the program, so this works for me. I do know that being home bound is definitely hard for me (and I’m still working 3 days a week! ) . What I find helps me, is giving my self some flexibility. Add a 4th packet, add a little protein to fill you up or if you need something “extra” make a keto approved snack! I know, it’s NOT protocol, but it won’t take you out of ketosis or completely ruin what you’ve accomplished!
