I realize that it’s tough during this time for all of us boredom and/or stress eaters! . I celebrated by 50th during this mess, with a full cheat weak! (I’m not advising this to everyone, so no need to give me a hard time! ) . But I needed and wanted it after we had to cancel a long awaited party and cruise with family and friends! . I don’t have a problem getting back on the program, so this works for me. I do know that being home bound is definitely hard for me (and I’m still working 3 days a week! ) . What I find helps me, is giving my self some flexibility. Add a 4th packet, add a little protein to fill you up or if you need something “extra” make a keto approved snack! I know, it’s NOT protocol, but it won’t take you out of ketosis or completely ruin what you’ve accomplished!
