You could bake half chicken soup and half potato, let it dry a little, then cut it up into cubes and make stuffing that wayb

Absolutely! I made a sandwich with IP Potato puree, 2 eggs, 1/4 tsp each of baking powder and soda, with my leftover turkey yesterday too!
