What do y’all do when you get hungry between meals? I’m not talking about the munchies. I mean real stomach growling hungry. I’m drinking water all day, but it’s not really working right now for some reason.

Sometimes I make herbal hot tea, green or oolong or whatever and put stevia in it and it curbs my appetite. Otherwise if I’m really hungry I’ll have an extra packet that day

I guess I could spread out my packets between meals and have a snack between breakfast and lunch, then just have veggie lunch with no packet. Or munch on celery or a few pickles.

Dont forget all your salt and fats . even add a bit extra . fats fill you and salt makes the water retain so it's not just running thru. and your meat can be fatty. my manic number for water is 72 oz. pr day. Be sure to measure.

What week are you on? Or is this a change with physical activity.
by (3k points)
@clime4 I’m into week 7. Eating the sheet. There were a couple of meals last week that weren’t quite on plan (family birthdays). But right back on the next meal. No real change in physical activity.

@pustulant I know my physical activity with my job makes me more hungry. I eat another salad. More meat and more water of course. Hope it levels out for you.

You are able to have 4 packets a day if needed

@preciado yeah. I’ve done that once or twice before when I first started, but I didn’t want to make a habit of it.

I always keep hard boiled eggs in the fridge for this reason alone. I pop 2 and save the day!

I drink a hot coffee or tea. That tends to help me.

I had cucumbers or I had a spinach salad with some of the ideal protein dressing or just eat the unlimited veggies that’s on the list to hold you over until you eat next it’s hard but you can do it or when I really couldn’t wait I had a boiled egg that I cut in circles and put it in a small plate and it made me think I ate a lot of food. Good luck

Hard boiled egg! I also eat 2 cups of raw cauliflower with Walden Farms Italian Dressing everyday for lunch. I throw in a handful of celery on days where I know I’m going to get more activity in.
