I make bread with potato purée + one egg + 1/2 tsp baking powder + seasonings. It’s good, if a bit dense/dry.

@faust I just mix all those ingredients together and then put it in a sprayed baking dish at 385 for approx. 17 minutes. The dough can be quite thick so sometimes I’ll add a tiny bit of water. Just experiment with it

When I tried, it was incredibly dry. I eat them as “potatoes” now, with charred okra on top. (Sorry, I know that doesn’t help with your garlic bread craving. )

I've just made buns out of it but if you do find out a good biscuit recipe please pass it along!
