I to am on a restart. Best thing I can recommend is eat the sheet and talk to your coach.

Prep! Hard boil eggs, chop your lettuce, have your lean protein ready to cook. You will feel so great in a couple of days!

Water is key and carry extra raw veggies with you in case you get hungry! Hopefully you like some of the unlimited ones.

Prep in bulk for the week. Drink 8 oz of water as soon as you get out of bed and make yourself stay busy!

Never leave home without a back up plan. I always carried a chocolate coconut bar for times I was away longer than planned. It always prevented me from the temptation of eating off protocol.
