I’m restarting IP.  I had my gallbladder out several years ago & have difficulty processing vegetables, especially in the amounts we’re supposed to consume on IP.I’m restarting IP. Do you think I could use the powdered greens in place of some of the veggies? What are your thoughts?

You need whole veggies, not powders. Eat small amounts to equal 4 cups at the end of the day.

Add a digestive enzyme. It will help your body break down veggies as well as fats. I like one called Orthodigestzyme. It’s great for people who no longer have a gallbladder. I also suggest vitamin D3 and a probiotic. These things should help.

I had my gallbladder out many years ago and find that raw celery and broccoli is really tough to digest! I love my mini peppers, pickles and cucumbers for my lunch time! Good luck!
