Just make sure you are prepared and plan! I usually pack my food at night because you never know what the morning brings

Believe in yourself and really push yourself to plan ahead and to know that this is a big commitment and that you want to see results and you’ll feel so much better than the end

Keep all the dishes and utensils you need at work in a drawer. I also have safe foods (extra packs, snacks, shakes, and tuna) stashed in my office.

I keep a bag of the small peppers in my office along with packs of tuna. If I feel a headache coming on I brew a cup of mint or chamomile tea and do some yoga deep breathing

Keep Some utensils at work, plastic or otherwise. Try to remove any stumbling blocks you might run in to.

It is tough to start your routines. Don’t be hard on yourself. Honestly. Everyone has been in your shoes. I am starting 2nd week and would love easy. I lost 8 pounds in first week. Y challenge us the veggies. I’m eating more but better things. Plus tired. You can do it. Keep extra IP snacks. Just in case.

It happens. Don’t beat yourself up. Tomorrow is a brand new start! Planning, planning, planning. my “lunch bag” is huge, especially on Mondays. I prep whatever I can the night before (not a morning person).

When I started my coach told me to eat a few chocolate soy puffs when I got a headache during the first few days. It really worked. I carried them with me everywhere. I still lost 4 lbs and felt better.

I keep an emergency IP Vanilla Crispy & an IP Chocolate Wafer in my purse at all times. Sometimes I bring an IP Brownie too. Plus I keep a jug of water in my trunk. I'll try refilling my water bottle & drinking it first, if I'm still hungry, then I'll have whichever IP satisfies. And I agree with above, please don't beat yourself up. Planning ahead works best, with good healthy food. Perfection isn't a realistic goal. ❤

Packets in purse. Pack lunch the night before as I have no brain in the morning! It’s no wonder I use to DT lunch.
