My coach told me a whole one is about 4 cups. It’s select, so we can have one a week. I eat 1/2 at a time. Save the other half for another day. I put diced tomatoes on mine with a tiny bit of enchilada sauce for a little kick. So good!

@porfirioporgy22 sounds great! I’m so glad I was able to have a different veggie today.

@imogen I understand! My coach also said there is a new cheese packet product that they sent her a sample of that’s really good on the squash also. It’s not available to us yet but will be soon. Maybe you have it at your clinic?

@porfirioporgy22 I haven’t seen anything new. Less people doing ip means less new items

@lett3 I have the sheet that has the weights for all the other veggies but since this is new it’s not there. I went with slightly less than half because I wasn’t sure.

Cut your squash first empty the seeds and then weigh as normal to give yourself an idea of how big your half is. 1 squash can be 4 meals. You are supposed to weigh it uncooked. I like mine with lean ground beef sauted mushrooms bell peppers and a 1/4 cup of tomato sauce.
