Speaking from experience, when you lose weight, your skeletal structure has to make adjustments. We may experience some joint pain along our journey, but for most, it is temporary and good. Our skeletal structure tends to get out of whack when we carry extra weight, so, like growing pains, minor joint pain from weight loss is usually a good thing and it’s usually only temporary. If the pain is so bad you can’t walk, or it lasts more than a couple of weeks, call your doctor. Otherwise, my dr told me to take some Thankslenol/Advil for the pain if it was bad, and then it went away. (This is just based on my experience with my dr and what she told me - seek your own medical advice when you feel it is necessary)
