What do you guys do when you’ve hit a stall in weight loss? I’ve been around the same weight for about 2 weeks. It’s making me feel so discouraged. Thank you ❤️

Keep tracking those measurements. Sometimes the scale is stagnant, but the inches keep dwindling. Definitely change up eating. Add some walking. Weight loss ebbs and flows. You've so got this.

I added in intermittent fasting — also try going to just shakes & wafers or the 1 carb count drink mixes — They’re the lowest carbs!
