Does anyone have any advice on getting past a stall in weight loss? It’s discouraging to have started so strong and then stopped suddenly.

A stall is four consecutive weeks on plan with no loss of pounds or inches. Is that you? Divide your total losses by the number of weeks on lan. That is your average loss and is the only number to focus on, not any isolated week.

What @footrope said. Our bodies often stop and take a minute to rest. Also, maybe getting into TOM, you could be getting a cold, even a change in the weather can stop things, an unexpected stress at home. with that, what @grandchild said. if consistenly using 5 extras a day, cut back a bit. if having things with chocolate every day, try not to. If making a lot of the low carb meals, from Janeva or the other, watch the oil. Many do their 2 tsp in cooking etc then make a recipe and that calls for oil too. one or the other. just suggestions. Yep, is frustrating. sometimes our bodies just stop for awhile, plus the scale is the worst indicator of loss. best wishes.
