I did start the program on 5/4– lost about 7lbs in the first five days and the scale has been stale at no change ever since. I know I am not supposed to weigh myself everyday. Since I am moving forward with the plan— should I worry? Would I drop 2 lbs suddenly one day? My goal is to move from 174 to 140. I am 5’5”.

This diet is amazing. It works! Just stick with it! If you are not losing on the scale, you’ll be losing inches with measurements. I started Feb. 4 and have lost over 40 lbs. and 28 inches!

thanks guys. I know there is a method to the system but always helps to hear it out loud from people who have been through it.

The first week is primarily water lost, depending on what kinds of foods you were eating before starting IP. Once your body adjusts and you are in ketosis the fat melts off and you aren’t hungry! It’s fantastic!
