Hi!  I’ve just ordered my packs and picking up Friday.Hi! I’ve just ordered my packs and picking up Friday. I’m SO excited- I know that may sound weird to be pumped about a ‘diet’ but I know it works and can’t wait for the results. My coach is virtual so, I weigh in myself and do measurements etc and he’s emailing me the food sheet Friday. I’m just wondering if you’d be kind enough to share a ‘typical’ day with me. I plan to use the vanilla protein shake (pre-made) in my coffee for breakfast and then a rice crispy square and perhaps a sweet and spicy trail mix (3 packs a day)- I’m not into the meal type packs like the soups or pasta. What do you have outside of the packs during a typical day? Do you exercise and how much water are you drinking? I have 80 lbs to lose!

Mon thru Fri I do a protein drink for breakfast, I usually add 1 cup of spinach to that. Lunch is a salad with lots of veggies and a bag of chips. Dinner is meat and veggies normally cooked in my airfryer. Bar for dessert. Weekends I use the packets to make waffles and muffins and bread.

For breakfast I have a premade shake mixed with coffee, lunch is usually vanilla crips or the new salted caramel clusters, dinner I have lean meat and 4 cups veggies. My favorite meal is chicken with the crushed up southwest cheese curls.

@bubalo68305 how do you cook your chicken?

In a skillet with the olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder at the end I add the southwest cheese curls (slightly crushed up). let that toast for a few minutes and that's it

@bubalo68305 how do you do the premise shake with coffee
by (4k points)
@westing408 Imake about 4 oz of coffee, dump a shake in and heat it up. You can always use 2 shots of espresso over ice and add a vanilla shake. So good!

Try a variety of things. You may be surprised what you enjoy eating as your taste buds change. I hope you enjoy the program, it truly does work, if you are faithful to it. I had a lot of chocolate chip pancakes, drinks, coconut bars, soy puffs chips, vegetable chilli. Get the water enhancer, if you have trouble drinking the water. 80 ounces are required. I always drink more. All the best.

They recommend no strenuous exercise- just walking and stretching. There are exercise videos on app too. Water recommendations are half your weight (in oz. ) I think. You got this! I enjoy this diet and feel better when on it.

Typical day--two cups coffee with splenda naturals and whole milk, protein drink for breakfast on my way to work, chili topped with onion and peppers for lunch with celery sticks, and broiled salmon with sauteed spinach for dinner. Vanilla wafer for "dessert". On phase 4 now and still have protein shakes for breakfast (but now they are by Premier Protein) spinach salad with tuna for lunch, similar low-carb dinner and vanilla wafers for a treat!

Every day. I’m vegetarian so I don’t have many options. Sometimes I do tofu instead of eggs.

My typical day, coffee with stevia and a splash of 1/2 n 1/2 along with oatmeal or chocolate chip pancakes with Walden Farms sugar free syrup(highly recommend). Lunch salad, with whatever veggies I have I hand (2 cups), and I make my own dressing with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon and spices. Sometimes I’ll add protein, egg or chicken and then reduce from dinner. Afternoon snack is a packet, bars, chocolate soy puffs, chips, wafers, trail mix are all favorites of mine. Dinner is protein, 2 cups veggies, often another salad and “dessert” after which is often a restricted product. Brownie in microwave go 30 seconds is a favorite! Also like cookie dough swirl, chocolate mint & coconut bars. If you’re a cook I highly recommend Jeneva’s cookbook. All phase 1 recipes and well worth the effort. Good luck!

I love lemon wafer for breakfast and use potato puree for "pizza" lunch and had turkey burger and Broc for dinner ( rutabaga fries and vanilla wafers were snacks) I just keep focused on one meal at time and day by day.
