I have Had to phase off due to health issues and I just feel as though it’s time for me. My body is craving other healthy foods. AnywAys, my coach is not seeing any people in person, and she isint knowledgeably ready to teach me phase two after step down (I have already completed) - I had contacted my previous coach from another city about a month ago and she calculated my macros to show me phase two I am a different weight now so I’m not sure if it would have changed. But I’m at 161. 4. She said my macros are 40 carbs 6. 5 protein and 5 fats. Okay all is well there but I just still don’t get it. Do I still have one ideal packet a day? Is that protein for breakfast lunch and supper? Or Do I do that three times? What does 5 fats mean? The sheet says like “15 medium olives” or 1tbsp of butter. is that my 5 Fats. I’d just like to do this properly so any insight will be greatly appreciated ‍♀️ Also side note ask. Can I have a banana ? Or only what’s on this sheet

5 servings of fat or 1 oz of cheese is one serving. You still have one IP package anytime you want, that counts as 1 serving

From my understanding, the macros are counted on everything besides your lunch proteins and veggies. Such as the carb section in the above picture

I can help with the fats question. 15 medium olives would be 1 fat. If you had 30 olives that would be 2 fats. So if you had 15 olives and 1 TVs of butter those count as 2 fats. You can only have what’s on the sheet

No bananas, only the items listed. 1 IP packet daily counted as 1 protein but you can have more if you want.

Or carbs. my day has been weird cause I wasn’t prepared since I didn’t know what I was doing. Had cheese for lunch on my burger and 1 tbsp of mayo (well half of that cause it was so much) I have nothing to eat for “carbs” currently. So I guess I’ll have to go shopping and set myself up! So anxious to eat carbs and fats. agh!

@instruct it is scary eating fat and carbs again! It's not the worst thing if you arent getting all your food in but you might lose more weight (which isnt terrible but not what phase 2 is about)
