I have Had to phase off due to health issues and I just feel as though it’s time for me. My body is craving other healthy foods. AnywAys, my coach is not seeing any people in person, and she isint knowledgeably ready to teach me phase two after step down (I have already completed) - I had contacted my previous coach from another city about a month ago and she calculated my macros to show me phase two I am a different weight now so I’m not sure if it would have changed. But I’m at 161. 4. She said my macros are 40 carbs 6. 5 protein and 5 fats. Okay all is well there but I just still don’t get it. Do I still have one ideal packet a day? Is that protein for breakfast lunch and supper? Or Do I do that three times? What does 5 fats mean? The sheet says like “15 medium olives” or 1tbsp of butter. is that my 5 Fats. I’d just like to do this properly so any insight will be greatly appreciated ♀️ Also side note ask. Can I have a banana ? Or only what’s on this sheet
