Hi!  I’ve just ordered my packs and picking up Friday.Hi! I’ve just ordered my packs and picking up Friday. I’m SO excited- I know that may sound weird to be pumped about a ‘diet’ but I know it works and can’t wait for the results. My coach is virtual so, I weigh in myself and do measurements etc and he’s emailing me the food sheet Friday. I’m just wondering if you’d be kind enough to share a ‘typical’ day with me. I plan to use the vanilla protein shake (pre-made) in my coffee for breakfast and then a rice crispy square and perhaps a sweet and spicy trail mix (3 packs a day)- I’m not into the meal type packs like the soups or pasta. What do you have outside of the packs during a typical day? Do you exercise and how much water are you drinking? I have 80 lbs to lose!

I recommend getting Janeva’s recipe book. Great recipes and ideas that you can take with you into maintenance.

Bfast: Pre-mix shake 2 cups of fresh spinach, . 32 oz water blend well for lunch premade romaine salad, 1 cup celery diced, 1cup sliced cucumbers, IP Italian dressing, afternoon, BCAA, IP snack, dinner grilled chicken with oil and seasonings, riced cauliflower with garlic powder and IP salt, with pepper sliced. snack mint bar. Total 60-70 oz water, vitamins taken. It’s under 1, 000 calories.

I just started. The first couple of says are rough but I have found my stride. Either a shake, oatmeal or cereal for breakfast. For lunch 2 cups veggies along woth dorados or trail mix. Dinner is meat and another 2 cups veggies. Snack is pudding or protein bar.

I do coffee mixed w a pack of either choc or vanilla pudding mix or choc or cappuccino drink mix for breakfast. Lunch I do veggie soup or cabbage soup or salad and some chips or cheesecurls. Dinner I do meat and veggies.

Each day is different and I say it’s better to mix it up every once in a while. I eat a brownie for breakfast every day but once a week change it up. My other packets consist of chocolate chip pancakes, mug cake as a cookie, peach drink mix, chocolate shake, chips and trail mix

I finished my first week Monday! Prepare vanilla shake with coffee and my vitamins. Lunch - one of their chip packs and 2 cups salad with IP dressing. Snack IP (something sweet) around 3. Dinner 4-6oz of approved meat and 2 cups approved grilled veggies and olive oil. Cup of hot tea no caffeine around 8:30 when I would typically get a snack. I had to keep it simple the first week. Pretty much the same every day. I’m adding some variety this week.

Hello! Congrats on taking the steps you have to a healthier you. I’ve been on protocol for a year and have gone from a size 14 to 8 and lost 50lbs. A typical day starts with the BCAA, my coffee -always black, a vanilla shake for breakfast around 8am, a vanilla crispy square for lunch at noon with my 2nd coffee also black and dinner is 6oz protein, 2c mixed leafy greens and 1c cooked veg at approx 5pm and lastly if needed a snack at 7pm with a tea

@cerotype you don’t need them but they are available if you want them and recommended if you are doing exercise.

I use intermittent fasting along with this program and it's perfect. I eat lunch at 2ish- usually a large salad with mixed veggies, then dill zippers and one triple chocolate wafer pack. I don't snack, then dinner is protein and veggies with an IP pack for dessert. I've been having the vanilla drink mixed with frozen rhubarb as an ice-cream substitute lately. I'm done by 7pm usually. I'll have an herbal tea and that's it. Best of Luck!

@wage6254 you do think the intermittent fasting is making program work faster? So if your done by 7:00pm at what time do you eat breakfast?

@eveliaevelin8117 I think it does. I actually do intermittent fasting for the health benefits. I built up to a 16-18 hr fast daily. I started with ending my meal by 7pm then having something to eat at 11 am and worked my way up to longer fasts. I now have dinner done by 7pm and then eat the following day by 1-2pm. I do have black coffee in the morning. No hunger at all. My first meal is lunch with 2 IP packets. I'm usually very full until dinner at 6pm where I have my veggies and protein and another IP product for dessert.
