I only walk and I am fine. If you are gonna do excessive workout have and Xtra packet of protien is what my coach told me. Me myself I get dizzy and lightheaded if I work out so be careful

@tolley I am an avid cyclist and it’s the season for fun. Maybe this diet won’t work for me

@na4278 , just talk to your coach. They may have you add a shake after workout.

@na4278 . ah ok. Yea I do / have done 100 mile rides . this is definitely not the right plan for those types of rides.

@lame87127 all my organized rides canceled this season but we are still going to do the rides our selves.

I'm a runner so my coach had me do the alternative program which adds a grain, a fruit, and a dairy to protocol each day. I got great results with this!

@na4278 I don't use FB messenger. I had less than 20 lbs to lose so maybe that's why my coach was so encouraging. Also, not working out was a no go for me, so maybe if you approach your coach with that mindset, she'll be willing to work with you based on your lifestyle. I'm sure she won't want to lose a paying customer.

I worked out and started walking while losing 187 pounds. Talk to your coach. My coach had me eating extra protein for a while at first. You should also use BCAA's when you exercise.

@coaler473 if you are doing regular weigh ins and checking your lean mass and fat percentage, try incorporating work outs and see how it affects your weight loss and muscle vs fat. If it slows progress, you know it's not a good idea for you!

If you do intense workouts, ask your coach about the Alternative phase 1 plan. If your exercise is light enough to hold a conversation during, it is fine to do during regular phase 1 :)

I started back on my boxing and conditioning in Month 3 and I’ve continued to lose weight. Sometimes I eat an extra protein on those days or have a BCAA pack, but it’s working for me. Zoom makes it easier to take my own pace. I’m walking 3-4 miles a day most days and I even got my bike out. It’s doable and I have not cheated. I even caught a glimpse of abs outline this week! Almost to phase 2.
