I started back on my boxing and conditioning in Month 3 and I’ve continued to lose weight. Sometimes I eat an extra protein on those days or have a BCAA pack, but it’s working for me. Zoom makes it easier to take my own pace. I’m walking 3-4 miles a day most days and I even got my bike out. It’s doable and I have not cheated. I even caught a glimpse of abs outline this week! Almost to phase 2.
