I'm older than you and have an extremely slow metabolism. You dont need to work out on this diet. for me, i lost around 1 lb a week. for me, i was eating about 800 cals a day to lose weight. i dont know what you started with. for example, if you were eating 3, 000 cals a day and now youre eating 1, 500 cals a day, youre going to see progress. just focus on that. dont worry that you may need an extra packet per day. focus on the scale is moving in the right direction. once your body is used to the program, about 3-4 weeks, you can eventually cut out the 4th packet.
