Need a good recipe for rolls. I have Potato puree mix. I have read others use this. Any suggestions on how to bake?

I just put a teaspoon of baking powder and 2tbsp. of egg whites in it and separate into 2 portions and fry like Pan cakes. Makes a nice bun for burger
