My coach recommended that I add in walking. But since doing that, I have been in a long stall. In your opinion, did walking slow down/ speed up weight loss? Just a little more info. I'm about 15lbs from goal n was very active prior to starting ip if that matters.

Make sure you are walking at a very relaxed pace . Your heart rate should not elevate. Also have an extra packet as soon as your walk is done. Think of it as activity not exercise.
