My coach told me if I felt extra hungry it was ok to have a 4th IP product. Has anyone else had 4 ? And did it affect progress? Day 2 and feeling extra hungry.

I have replaced my 4-6oz dinner protein with 2 packets and it hasn’t affected my losses. in fact, I believe it has helped.

I did in the beginning. Your hunger will lessen as your body adapts. And honestly it’s probably less carbs and calories that you were consuming before. So it shouldn’t hurt your weight loss

I was told that if over 200#, it’s okay to have the 4th packet if needed without stalling your weight loss. I occasionally do this - especially one week out of the month.

When you first start out. It’s ok to have five per day. Just watch the restricted and one only per day. After your system adjusts and doesn’t crave the heavier carbs you should be good.
