Has anyone ever felt itchy while on IP? My skin and “ other” areas ?

I find the branched chain amino acid drink makes me flush and itchy. Now I water it down more.

Im Diabetic and th hat sounds like the yeast we get with high blood sugar.

I have a rash around my mouth and chin area. My legs are so itchy I scratch till they almost bleed. Have had both for couple months now.

I had a bad rash (not keto rash) including hives at times for about 8 weeks. It was mostly on my face, neck, and upper chest (sometimes arms). I looked sunburned. When I was finally able to see a derm she put me on a heavy routine of claritan which solved it and also recommended CeraVe for my face and Cetaphil for body lotion.
