Question

The pancake mix did not taste good at all I used walden Farms syrup is there any tips for the mix?

Add a bit of cinnamon and a tiny bit of baking powder (to make them a bit fluffier). I also undercook them a tad which helps.

I make the blueberry pancakes in the cookbook. They’re pretty good. Walden Farms blueberry syrup, liquid egg whites and baking powder. I put the strawberry rhubarb compote on it sometimes. It’s my Sunday treat.

I add an egg w some pumkin spice and vanillla extract

1/4 tsp baking powder, 4 tbsp egg whites. I do prefer the chocolate chip pancake over the plain.
