How much Mio a day in water is too much? I use quite a bit and I’m thinking that’s probably not a good thing. It helps me get the water down for the day.

Mio would be an extra and you are allowed 5 per day.

@leann 4 extras per day is the new protocol.

I honestly use it in every bottle of water I drink. Otherwise I'm not sure I could drink so much water. I lost 11lbs first week and just had my second week weigh in and lost 3. So.

I was told each serving (1/2 tsp. ) is an extra. I only used it (the first two times on IP) when I would go to bars with our friends twice a week, in a wine glass with water. However, this time around I’m trying not to use it.

Seeing as one serving is an extra, and you can have only 4 extras per day total (includes WF products, IP condiments, approved gum and mints, and servings of approved sweeteners), it’s somewhat limited.

You may want to switch to IP water enhancers. My coach doesn't count those as extras!

I use 1/2 tsp in 32 oz. water. 3 times a day. I add lemon juice too. It takes 3 of my extras, but I couldn't get the water in without a little flavor.

1/2 tsp is one serving. I use 1 tsp in my 64 oz water bottle. It gives it good flavor without being too much
