All I know is that when I started IP, I was walking with a cane my knees hurt so bad, 155lbs/620lbs of pressure later I walk a couple miles a day and don't have a clue where that came is

My knees feel much better since I’ve lost 10% of my body weight. I believe some relief is due to less pressure on my joints. I also believe some relief comes from reduced inflammation, that was caused by eating too much sugar and other inflammatory foods.

Yep! I lost 100 pounds, took 400 pounds of pressure off my knees, and now I can postpone knee replacement for hopefully quite a few more years!
