I’ve gone through Thursday at one and took off 40 pounds after my pregnancy. I know that it’s not suggested to do high-intensity workouts during the diet. I’m wanting to lose 10 pounds and start please one again, but I am enrolled in CrossFit currently. Can I do it? Should I just add an extra packet? I know I can lose the 10 pounds in 2–3 weeks.

Just realize you may get Carb Flu or other side effects you have to deal with. i did work out hard after just starting IP (cuz i was already working out hard BEFORE IP). I wouldnt recommend to a newbie. i kept getting carb flu (because of NOT eating enough carbs to make it thru tough workout). what i found that worked for me was to eat red meat the dinner before my tough workout (every other day). that cured the prob for me.

@mahan gotcha! I’m gonna give it a try or just take two weeks off from the gym. I didn’t workout the first time doing IP since I had a newborn and lost quickly.

I do HIIT three times a week and I’ve been fine. I just make sure you do a BCAA within 30 min of your workout and maybe do an extra packet that day. On my hard workout days I need a little extra protein.
