Be careful with sugar free candy. you could spend the day running to the restroom.

I’ve used hard candies with xyla. Sugar alcohols don’t bother me

I’m surprised you’re allowed to stay on IP after surgery. it’s affects the healing process.

When I had surgery I was told I could not stay on protocol just continue to eat healthy. This diet is too restricted and won’t be good for your body to heal
