What are the benefits of water enhancers?

Helps get my water in for the day! Love the lemon! Use it with unsweet tea also!

Potassium and electrolytes are in the enhancers. Keeps my headaches away and my leg cramps. When I don’t have 2 a day I suffer.

I already take prescribed potassium but I do have headaches sometimes, Something I've never been prone to.
