Same, I break my fast at lunch usually around 1230 or 1 and don't eat after 7. I have lots of water in between. If you feel "hungry " it could be thirst as it feels the same. Don't just take a sip. Drink a lot of water at once. I find it has help controlling my sugar levels and therefore my cravings for sweets. Also if you want to start doing it just start with a bigger window and slowly work your way to a smaller eating window.
