Does intermittent fasting enhance the weight loss effects of IP? If so, 1. How do you combine intermittent fasting with IP? 2. Which ratio works best with IP? 3. How do you plan your meals? Can you eat all the packets and the main meal in the “eating window”? Thanks

I do 18:6, it works for me. I’m not saying I lose faster but I like the way I feel eating in this window. My day yesterday: Black coffee: 8:00 IP premade shake: 2:00 5 ounces Beef and 4 cups broccoli at 6:00 Between 6:00-8:00 IP Dorados and Brownie I drink about 175 ounces of water a day.

Same, I break my fast at lunch usually around 1230 or 1 and don't eat after 7. I have lots of water in between. If you feel "hungry " it could be thirst as it feels the same. Don't just take a sip. Drink a lot of water at once. I find it has help controlling my sugar levels and therefore my cravings for sweets. Also if you want to start doing it just start with a bigger window and slowly work your way to a smaller eating window.

@bogbean I don’t allow myself any water enhancers until I consume 100 ounces. I do get up during the night, and I work out my house. I know I couldn’t do this if I actually worked outside my home.

I eat between 12-8 pm. I feel great fasting. This way no urges to snack after 8 pm!
