Three weeks into the program. First week I was on the alternative phase 1. Second week i transitioned to the normal phase one however I was told that I’m supposed to be eating 5IP packets a day? I was eating 4 as I was told it’s okay to have a 4th as a snack. Had anybody else been told to take 5IP products a day? Lost 10lbs the first week then 4 this last week. Not sure if the increase in packets is a possible cause of the decrease? Thanks!

I started at 318, was told to have 3 packets a day, and an occasional 4 th if really needed

No, it depends not on total starting weight, but skeletal muscle mass. More muscle means more protein needs. Not enough protein & you lose muscle mass, not fat.

I started at 222. I often have four packets, and at the beginning, occasionally had five. I think choosing an IP snack when you are ravenous or emotional and are going to eat, is much better than what we might have eaten before the program. My coach has no problem with me having four packets a day if I have to.

First week is always a lot more. Think about it “only lost 4 lbs” That’s a lot! Even 1 lb is!

I was told at my weight ( 344lbs) when I started I could have 4 or 5 to start. But I did 3 a day & when needed did a 4th

Boot Camp is five packets (possibly all liquid, I'm not sure) with the veggies but no meat. But that is supposed to be for a week at a time.
