When you go to a restaurant to eat, do you just order your salad with no dressing? I’m used to having oil and balsamic but I know that balsamic is not protocol. Thanks!

I sometimes bring individual packs of olive oil. Otherwise I just eat with Lemon. Unless it’s a high end restaurant they usually don’t have pure Olive oil.

@demakis Schwartz Bowman you are welcome! I know it’s a little pricey but I only use one when absolutely necessary. I also don’t eat out at restaurants often while on IP

I bring my own. I also have little packs of olive oil I bought on Amazon and they are just about 2 teaspoons. I use those and red wine vinegar too-especially when traveling.

IP add a balsamic vinegar salad dressing. I carry my salad dressing everywhere. Or I order a protien and steamed broccoli with a wedge of lemon. Or asparagus if they have it.

Dollar Tree sells small, empty salad dressing bottles so I make my own and bring with me.

Depends on the balsamic vinegar if it's protocol. I take my own or ask for olive oil, vinegar, & lemon wedges on the side.

I ask for lemon slices. I squeeze some fresh lemon and then salt and pepper. Very refreshing and not dry.
