Question

Does anyone have a receipe to use the broccoli cheddar soup mix? I just started and had a hard time eating this as a soup . I could not get the powder completely dissolved. Thank you!

I mix mine in the IP shaker I got, then I steam fresh broccoli (1cup) then add the soup and heat the soup up, it’s really good with the added fresh steamed broccoli!

I added chicken broth and steamed broccoli and it was better!

I think of you shake it before heating that should help ?

I mix it in my little blender. I stir fry broccoli and cauliflower sometimes Brussel sprouts with a tiny bit of hot sauce and then dump the soup in the pan quick and stir and eat.

I actually used it to make a pita wrap yesterday , then stuffed it with fried mushrooms and raw onion, it was terrific !

I make the soup and pour it over steamed broccoli or cauliflower. Also, good over zucchini noodles.

I cook fresh broccoli and add it.

I will make a “paste” out of the soup mix by using way less water than the packet says steam up some Broccoli then I’ll pour the soup mix over the broccoli and it’s like eating broccoli and cheese Rice 1 cup of broccoli (you can do this with a food processor) follow instructions on the packet but do 1 ounce less water add the riced broccoli Broccoli hash browns 1 packet IP Broccoli cheese soup mix 1 cup riced broccoli 2 egg whites Mix all ingredients Make into patties place in non stick frying pan (you can add 1 tsp olive oil/grape seed oil but that will count toward your required daily oil)
