Hi Everyone!  I’m on day 12 and feeling great!Hi Everyone! I’m on day 12 and feeling great! I have a question regarding some of the recipes I’ve seen shared here and in Jeneva’s Cookbook. I’m supposed to have at least 3-4 IP servings/day. So what happens if I mix the IP with meat protein for a recipe. Does that count as 2? Am I just overthinking this? Gaaahhh!

If I understand your question correctly , if you mix 1 IP product into a recipe, & the serving size is the whole recipe , it’s counted as 1 IP.

If counting your oz of protein, it’s only as much meat protein as you put in without regard to the IP product. So if you put in 1 IP & 3 oz of meat, then it’s counted as 1IP & 3 oz of protein.

Your meat protein is counted separately from packets so isn't considered as one of you 3 allowed packets. And it's not counted as servings of protein, it's counted as allowable ounces of protein.
