Do you all have to buy an entire box rather than piecemeal? How on earth do get some variety?

I found out our clinic only allowed us to buy certain boxes but I found a “grocery store” sort of store where they had every kind of IP food available and also allowed us to buy one or two packets to try the flavors! They also sold Walden Farms products and some water enhancers that compliment the program. You just have to shop around your area.

I get to buy the individual packs so I can at least try everything without wasting my money if I don’t like it.

Buy extra for a few weeks, and then you can mix it up over the course of that time.

The first order should be a variety of items to try, then you choose what you liked from it and buy per box. With that said, my coach will often give out a different single item to try.
