Has anyone experienced a plateau after surgery? I lost 43 pounds prior to a total hip replacement (making me 10 pounds from goal). I'm up 9 pounds since surgery which was 3 months ago. I'm back at the gym and completely recovered. It seems like its hard to get back to where i was before surgery.

I went off last summer and maintained for a bit. The closer I got to surgery (total knee replacement almost 13 weeks post op), the weight seemed to come on with a vengeance. So I went back into protocol Early January. I started with the alternative IP plan, as per my coach. It has been very slow to come off, pounds wise (6. 6 lbs) but I’m losing inches (15. 5”)! It’s just been tough. I feel ya. Good luck. Sorry I don’t have any answers.

@noella thanks. It is, but I know IP works, do leans, greens & packets await.
