What about the sweet ip “snacks”
by (510 points)
@borries you would have to read the packages I’m not sure. What about the shakes? They are pretty good!
by (510 points)
@borries add spinach in with your chocolate one. You can’t taste it at all! They have a pinacolada flavor shake too. Try a bunch i liked most of the shakes. i hope they have something you can chew. I totally get missing that

I believe what you meant to say is: I. NO. LONGER. HAVE. HEADACHES! I think this is a big, BIG deal! I recommend the puffs. Chocolate or cinnamon.

It takes a while for those cravings to go away. Stick with it, and find a replacement with a protocol snack. I save my chocolate bar for evening. It gets better!

The longer you are away from these foods the cravings lessen. Clean break I promise it will end. If you continue to nibble you will continue to crave.

The chocolate crispy square is gluten free. It might help with your cravings

Vanilla crispy squares are sweet. But if you have already had your IP foods, have some coffee with sucralose sweetened syrup. That can help. Walden farms makes a few creamers. The cravings will subside, but not if you keep nibbling on non-protocol foods. Good luck! You can do it! Congratulations on your first week!

Fight the cravings! They will go away. It took me about 3-4 weeks to get rid of them. Hang in there and distract yourself when you get them. You can do this!

The cravings will go once in ketosis but it will take a few weeks - like the headaches went. Use IP products to satisfy your sweet tooth right now not cookies otherwise you'll never get into ketosis

@waistline919 The craving don’t go away for me. However, I have the chocolate drink mix, chocolate pudding and the chocolate caramel mug cake for cravingsz

Don't eat the cookie! Look how good u have done. 1 week in the books & 7 lbs gone  that is awesome  not to mention. u do not want to start all over with the headaches right? I also craved sweets. that is where the vanilla crispy squares came in. Also pancakes with walden farms maple walnut syrup. Confession time. if I ate all my food & needed something sweet badly, girl I would grab a tablespoon & pour that syrup on it & eat it.

Get the Chocolate Raspberry Bars and have a piece or two to satisfy your sweet need.

Chocolate crispy square is gluten free. Some are making protein bars from packets, like chocolate drink mix and adding another flavored extract and 2 Tbsp. Water and forming balls, chilling for 30 minutes and eating. Might give you the texture you are searching for. Gluten free does make it more challenging to find a chewable snack.

I love the brownies and all the other sweets mentioned above. Throw the brownie in the microwave for 12 seconds and it’s awesome!

There are a lot of sweet options you can have and stay on protocol. The chocolate soy puffs, brownie, vanilla crispy square chocolate peanut bar. experiment and try new things. don’t give in to the temptations- it’s not worth it!

Don’t cheat. It sets your keto process back. Suck it up.

Said in love. when I want to cheat, I eat more lettuce or cucumbers. I eat a lot of cucumbers. Or have an extra packet. I add an egg to the pancake mix or 1/2 of box of pudding, no sugar. I know the brownies keep me fuller longer than other things but it is restricted

If you can make it through without cheating the cravings will disappear! Hardest part of diet though is getting to that point!
