HELP please My IP facility phased out their product, brought in something new that is not working at all. A year ago I lost 10lbs (my goal), now gaining. Anyone know if I can have IP orders shipped to me? I live in rural MI.

You have to work through an authorized IP clinic. Go to the clinic locator on www. idealprotein. com and see if there is another clinic within a driving distance, if not, let me know and I can try to help you by working with you remotely through my clinic.

What @natatorial said. It sounds like your clinic changed programs and is no longer using IP. IP did recently rebrand in January but very little changed.
